im new here, but i have a tv liquid that im not fond of and would like to swap

You need 5 NON_SPAMMED posts or replies with actual content (not spamming them for post count like you were) and an hour's wait and then the Tasty Vapor suppliers forum has a swap thread just for their liquid only (ie Tasty Vapor for Tasty Vapor)

Like dormouse said , get the required non-spam threads , then go to tasty swaps or put an ad in the classy's . But again, non-spam type threads only . A moderator could zero your post count , and maybe even worse . So don't do it .
