Yes, as far as I know. I have 2, they are worth the money. And CigTechs staff are good people. I buy all my stuff in person from them, so I cannot comment on their shipping.

Just as good as my ProVari endcaps. I use them daily at home. The silver is a bit shinier than the silver ProVari, but it looks kinda cool IMO.

The bottom cap doesn't require an O-ring. That should tell you something about the quality of Tatroe products. Buy Tatroe products on eBay at a discounted price. Worth every penny!
