I haven't been sold on them, but I've been considering buying one just to see why the hype is so big. I've been looking at the sx mini m class, but it's a bit pricey. I've been looking at the vaporshark dna 40 (Hardwire battery) and that's $100 for it. For $160, I know there is the esquare which features dual 18650s and dna 40, but can pricey.

There is a IPV4, but a lot of people seem to be having problems with it. I know IPV3 has a temp version. I'll be watching this thread to see what others say. I did see something on vaporshark's site, the One Mod by Hana Mods. You have an option to use single or dual 18650 and it's a dna 40 for like $100. It looks kind of cheap plastic and flimsy though in pictures.

I own an M class... by far the best TC mod I have. I also have an Evic-VT... very solid device with accurate temp control and gobs of battery life. Get it without the tank for $60 and pair it with pretty much any major tank out there... tc coils are available for most, now. Absolutely rocks the Subtank Mini with the ni200 coils. Got mine in black/red with the new black/red Mini from my Subox kit. It looks sick!

I have the IPV4, evic-VT, Vaporshark rDNA40 and the SX Mini M Class. I would easily recommend any of the last 3 (don't really like the IPV4 much). I also have just ordered the Snowwolf 200W.

Which do you like better? rDNA40 or sx mini? I know different chips in them, but you can get the rDNA for $130 and with a coupon I could get the sx mini for $179.99. Still hesitant on temp control, but curious at times. Also, I bought a tank recently, the air goes through the 510 on the bottom. Do you think one of these would be better than the other for that style tank?

I LOVE my SnowWolf 200W.

It's just SO easy to use, small, and powerful enough to run my Starre at 70W without even trying hard. No crazy menu systems, no having to lock in atomizer resistance, no trying to figure out Joules, just simplicity at it's finest.

It is heavy though, I won't deny that. Solid stainless steel chassis and two batteries comes at a price.

I paid $110 for mine. WakeandVape currently has them for $98.

I actually prefer the rDNA40 to the SX Mini. The SX Mini does have more settings, but that also means it is not as simple to use as compared to the rDNA40. Both mods have the air flow grooves in the 510 connector to accommodate airflow through the 510.

I have never used WakeandVape. How reliable are they?

I have kind of been holding off to see what the 4th of July Sales are going to be looking like. I want a Starre Pro (among other things).:facepalm:

I've never used them personally, but they've been around for a long time and I've never heard anyone complaining about them either.

That is the one and only thing the SnowWolf lacks. Attys screw down flush on to the top of the mod. If you've got a bottom feeding tank it should have it's own airflow channels on the bottom, but if it doesn't then it wouldn't work on the SnowWolf.

Personally I try to avoid bottom air-fed tanks. They have a tendency to leak into the 510 connection, and liquid in an electrical connection is never good. My wife uses the bottom-fed iClear 30S, and I'm having to dry out and clean up her 510 connector at least a couple of times a week.

Had the same dilemma myself. After a ton of Research and some AWESOME Intel & Advice from Roxynoodle (Thanks ever so much again Roxy!) going with the SX Mini M class.
Close 2nd was the Snow Wolf. Might get one of those in the future as well for its dual 18650 capability and the extended Power that brings to the Table.
Either way, you can't lose on those Two IMO.

Ditto...I like the rDNA 40 better than the SX too.

We can't use temp control unless it's nickle
Or titanium wire correct? I just got the evicVT been using it on wattage and battery has no end in sight lol
Just curious now about temp control

I believe there is a Couple of other Wire Alloys that can be Used in TC Mode. But I have Only used Ni200 and Titanium Grade 1 Wire.

And just to be Clear. Most TC Mode can be run in Non TC Mode. So you can Run anything you want wire wise. Just won't get the Benefits of TC though.
