This is what I need. I need a small device, ego threaded, that can screw onto a mech and it has a display and all it does is tell me how much charge is left in the battery. I want to keep checking, and checking, and then check some more. I'm gunna wear out my threads just from that.

I personally don't know of any in line volt meters with ego threading. Why do you need the ego threads? You might have better luck in the " Where Can I Get A" forum.

Depending on how many watts you want to push....you could just add a kick and then get regulated power too. It will auto cut-out. But you have to be within the amp limits.

Or just switch to an APV, because by the time you add all these electronics to the mech, that's what you have anyway....

I like mechs just fine. But I vape APV's because I personally like the regulation, protection and the long battery life of normal ohm stuff. But that's me.

The OP here is perfectly welcome to screw on a bunch of other electronics....I understand the desire to watch battery levels.

Most mech vapers can "tell by feel" when the battery is at a recharge point...usually well above min drain value. But...others may want a meter.

I just get a "kick" out of the mechs with a kick. Not that I'm against adding them at all, since they also add some short circuit protection. But there's just an irony there that's.....hard to resist.

Anyway OP, sorry for being a bit of a joker. But you'll should soon learn to tell by feel anyway. Or seriously, try the kick if you're not doing SLR and it fits in your mech.

I get what you say about feel and I agree. I guess I just get nervous thinking that there is a point that is harmful that I can pass right by because there is no cut off. Also thank you for the link. And a correction, I ment 510. Sigh, I should really not make topics when tired. I am beginning to think I'm getting lazy, I figure why do the work and search out something that might already be out there. Instead, just make a fool out of yourself and wait for someone else to do the work for you. Again, thanks to everyone who responded.
