Tecnical Question about my PT

I have a V4l PT and still love it!! My question is about the manual button. It seems to be sticking where I can't push down the button. After several times of unscrewing the carto & rescrewing it back on, I have been able to manipulate it (somehow) into working. Does anyone else have this problem & how do you fix it? Thanks.

I would place a support ticket with V4L to have it replaced if it is less than 30 days old - it shouldn't be doing that. It has nothing to do with the carto.

If it were out of warranty, you could open it up and shift the board down a little bit, then re-hotglue. That tends to work for awhile.

I just got it 12/15, so it is still in warranty. I'll remember this fix though; thanks.
