I'm lucky in that I already have a tray made by a dentist.
I use the 22% Nitewhite Excel 3 gel stuff. (you can get pretty cheap at amazon and a lot cheaper than the initial box I got from the dentist)

They have silicone tray's that work ok if you don't have some from the dentist.( a bit bulky) Or one place does a molded tray for about $60, looks identical to what I have. ( they send the mold, you take impression, send back in , then get the custom fit permanent tray's) I can put mine in and talk even, fairly comfortable.

Lots of good reviews on the internet about this but let me make it simple, the pricier the teeth whitening kit, the more peroxide it will contain, the whiter your teeth will get.

Unfortunately (or fortunately for us), these kits doesn't have much peroxide, so they are safe to be used by like 99% of the population but since they doesn't have much peroxide, you will never get super bright white teeth with it like they show on the cover of the kit :)

To get the best results go see your dentist, he'll be able to recommend the highest peroxide treatment that you can handle for you and he has more tools at his disposals to get the job done.

I don't have the money for the dentist but I tried about 9 months ago a 30$ kit, well it wasn't so bad, they do are a little bit whiter now. They said on the kit, don't use more than once every 18 months but I'll probably use it again this year.

This product really looks good, amazon even sells some cheap DIY moldable thermofitting trays, I think I'll give this a try next time I white my teeth.

I started using the Crest Professional Effects strips about 2 weeks ago. I give them a thumbs-up
in that they do work. But they get a huge thumbs-down for the price. Even on Amazon, a 20-pack
goes for $30.

Thanks to Wench for the hint on Nitewhite. I'll definitely try that next time (will need to get the
pack with the trays).

The nitewhite was what my dentist originally gave me. Works really well.
After $250 at the dentist, amazon's price is killer and where I've been buying it since.
I've seen higher % but really the 22% is quite strong and wouldn't risk the higher %

Tip.. what my dentist told me.
While using it,( say you use it for 1 week every six month's)That week avoid coffee, tea, dark colored soda's, juice's
(basically anything that can stain) You'll get better result's.
If you absolutely must.. use a straw and try to avoid getting it on your teeth.

You brush your teeth with them, read the direction on a bottle of hydrogen peroxide its a dental rinse anyway. Brush with them 1xs a day until they are as white as you can get them then cut down to 1xs a week or so, to maintain the dazzle depending on things like coffee, tea or other staining things.

No way I would shell out 250 when I can get my teeth white for like less then 2.00 a month.

You may also want to try Ebay for competitive pricing on whitening kits. I've had success with Crest Whitestrips Supreme Professional Whitening. If you're willing to take the risk, you can purchase as strips as opposed to kit for much cheaper cost. Try to avoid getting the strips on your gum area because it can really irritate them at first. Also don't let hydrogen peroxide solution go down your throat or you might gag.

That's pretty crazy. I'm not looking for movie star fake looking white teeth but maybe a few shades.
I will definitely give it a try. Do you just mix the two into a paste or something?

You can some people hate the soda taste, so they just use their regular toothpaste and add the peroxide to their mouth and scrub, be aware it's funny cause you will look like a rabid dog lmao.
