Hi and welcome,
Take a read HERE

Test Results

Now keep in mind that was a subjective test. It was "my" opinion of what was satisfying or not. Your mileage may vary.
Minimal Vapor = Barely enough for a MTL hit, possibly would satisfy tootle puffers
Meaningful Vapor = Enough vapor for a decent, but not strong hit.

I was surprised that the Burnt Hit started at 505 on all juices. I guess that's when the bad stuff in VG became noticeable to me.

Made an attempt to find an answer for this but, struck out. Therefore, please explain how most people can be happy with a TC of mid 400F for vaping when the boiling point of VG is 555F? What physics am I missing about the TC process?

    Think Evaporation more than Boiling.

Yes, I've been making e-juice soup. Also, rather dim of me to think of PG's evil brother, Ethylene, and not made the lower boiling point connection.
I didn't even know that. I just didn't see a correlation of a coil vaporizing juices and actually boiling vg in a pot.
