Temperature of Vapor

My boss is very interested in my E-Cigarettes. We were having a discussion about them vs traditional cigarettes (or analogs as we know them) and how they are harmful. He says that it is the heat from the analog going into your lungs that causes the cancer. Regardless of opinions here (not want I am looking for, although I do not agree) does any body know the temperature of the vapor as it enters your mouth or lungs if you lung hit like me? I am aware it will vary based on your coils and tanks but a guess will suffice unless anyone has actually researched it. I would also like to know the temperature of an analog as well. Thanks in advance for any help and comments. vape on!
