Hi ECF,

For the time being, we will be only offering EMS shipping. Recent stricter security checks at the airport have been preventing us from shipping eliquid and ecig batteries from China via China Airmail and Singapore Post.

We do apologize for the inconvenience and will provide updates on the situation as this progresses.

Cheers,
Tim

Hi Adam,

Airmail has been really rocky lately, so we decided to stop it completely for the time being. We do apologize for the inconvenience and recognize the problem this causes for customers placing smaller orders. We are hoping everything settles down as soon as possible.

Regarding EMS being slower than Airmail, this is simply untrue. EMS arrives in the US usually within 1 week and in Canada within 2 weeks. Airmail usually takes twice the time, and due to its low priority and recent instability, can take significantly longer than that.

Once Airmail or Singapore Post returns to normal, we will resume using them immediately.

Regards,

Tim

Are they not allowing atmoizers through either? If they are, could you not allow for Airmail if the cart only has atomizers? I'm not paying $19 for a shipping method that takes longer than airmail. I'd rather pay the extra and order from Canada.

Replied to your PM!

I've left a PM for you Tim. I hope I receive the shipment soon. Running low on ejuice. Where in Canada can you find the apple ejuice that tastes like Greenhouseone has?

Hi Adam,

I've ordered from GHO at least twice using EMS and both times it took more than two weeks for my shipment to arrive. I've placed many orders with Airmail shipping and I rarely wait longer than 2 weeks. So maybe in some cases EMS is faster but my experience has been that Airmail is faster.
Additionally, EMS tracking has not worked for my items whereas with airmail it usually does work. Finally, given the price difference, even after the Airmail price increased, it's a no brainer which shipping method to use.

I would suggest offering EMS shipping at a lower cost for the time being.

Thats interesting, though it usually isn't the case. I guess you've been quite lucky. Our EMS flat rate of $19 is already heavily subsidized by us. However we will be having a 15% off sale which will further lower the shipping rate.

Hi Gearslinger,

Unfortunately the Singpost tracking function is always down due to recent high volume. I will have our shipping company look into this for you. I will get back to you asap.

Tim

Dammit I also placed an order that was shipped on Oct. 23 via Singpost so I guess my package was likely sent back to you as well. Can you please check for me and reply back?

Order#: 17088

Tracking #: RQ131602737SG
