For those of you with the Tobeco clone and getting leaking, here are a couple of tips.

- As has been stated, the oring isn't designed to go in between the top cap sections like the Term, you need to put a couple of orings onto the mouthpiece and then screw down your two top cap pieces, making sure they seal against the orings.
- I have been able to get an oring in between the two pieces of the top cap, but it is really hard. Put the oring between the two pieces of the top cap and screw them together enough to keep the oring in place, but not too tight. Lube the oring and wiggle/jam/push/curse the oring over the mouthpiece making sure the oring still sits flush between the two pieces of the top cap. Then tighten it up.
- The threading on all the pieces are so bad that any breaking of the seal between the oring and the mouthpiece, wherever you put that oring, will cause juice to flow into your chamber via the threads.
- Because the QC on the threading is so bad, when you unscrew the mouthpiece to open the juice control, you may also be unscrewing the metal ring
- You will never get it to work great, just tolerable, if you're very meticulous

For anyone who has not yet purchased the Tobeco $25-$30 oddy clone, don't do it. The Tobeco clone is, bar none, the worst atty I have ever purchased. The machining is just awful. Pay double for the real Terminator clone or move onto another device. Just my humble opinion.

Is this conversion kit something that will be available in the US soon? Or is it just a private foreign machinist making these?
Im not having much luck with my termc and running out of NR wire and the kayfun method just looks less time consuming for rebuilding
Cool... The mail from Poland is running quickly. :)

Should be having some Kayfun conversion action this week. (Depending upon Customs) :D

I'm having trouble with my Euphoria. It was working great, then I let it sit a week. Decided to use it again so I Took it apart and cleaned it, now I can't get it to work. Now matter how I build it, it either shows on my eVic as an atomizer short or .5 ohms. I've tried bulding it with 1.8ohm ready wire also and same problem, so I know its not my nr-r joins. What else could cause a short? I'm pretty sure I put it back together correctly with all the o-rings and spacers in the right spots. I also have 2 Terminators and they work great.

It has to be a build issue, there isn't really anything that can happen to it while it's sat around not being used.

Ok, played around this morning... built a cotton wick in my igo-l (not too sure how I like cotton) , hemp wick in the a7 (better to me than cotton but the ol lady says cotton tastes better) , and decided to try the term-c one more time...

this time I disassembled everything and put a light coat of vaseline on all 0-rings, and removed the NR wire from under the lock-ring. I left the neg NR wire sticking straight up and put the lock ring on and secured it, I then uses fine end tweezers to make a folded ball of the NR wire at the end which I ran down the wick channel and wedged the down inside the lockring and feel its making a good wedged connection. Threaded mouthpeice on and closed JC, filled her up and put a GOOD coating of vaseline on the topcap o-ring.

Hit it a couple times till it tasted burnt... opened juice control open, NO LEAKS!
Yayyyy lol.
Not sure if taking the NR out from under the lock-ring solved the leak issue- or if it was the generous amount of vaseline I used on top o-ring, but sofar sogood , and I got my juice control cranked open pretty far.

Now im running the same juice in 3 different new wick setups, Im doing this to see which wick I end up perfering with these HHV tobacco juices, Im hoping I find hemp acceptable so I can give it a go in the term-c.

Anyway....thanks to everyone who helped me get this leak under control!

Also.... what do 50/50 juice users tend to run their juice control at? I got mine open about 2-3mm and seems good so far.

nevermind :-( got some leaking and gurgling again with juice control open 2-3mm, closed it and blew it out. Am I just suppossed to just crack JC open a couple twists? I remember dwcraig saying that there should be an internal vaccuum and that even with JC wide open and no wicks it shouldn't leak.

If it continues to leak, all I can think of is to polish the mouthpiece out to give a better sealing surface, or try one of these spare 9x2mm o-rings I ordered from ebay. Or maybee try an o-ring under the ceramic assemblies lock-ring???

I want to order a v2 ceramic housing and cup, clear rampage tank, and possibly other stuff for the term-c but have to get over this leaking issue first =-/

It really sucks cause when its not leaking its an amazing vape... I dont think ive used anything before thats put out this much vapor and ive tried about everything, just never had leaking issues like this before... not even with gennies left on there side all night

well, I pm'd him for details/costs/options when google translate botched the screen for a day. No joy.

If someone can post something here or pm me the same details, I'd appreciate it: my term-c is due tomorrow and I had the impression from the site that his kit also fit the cheaper Tobeco and other clones.

I just got on the list (I think) for the kayfun conversion, Ive spent too much on vapegear but after watching todds review I couldnt help myself... Maybee this kit is the answer to my problems im having with the term-c anyway.

It took a while to get on the polish forum. Copying and pasting direct links into google translate was about a 50/50% help. I ended up having to guess register with it in polish, and had to guess at quoting the list to get on it.
Im number 232 - Hopefully will get a PM that I will be able to understand soon =-/

How did you guys pay?
And what numbers are you guys? I see that a couple of you have kits that just hit stateside

Yeah, I have no clue about the options; a bare clue about cost; and google-translate was bollixing not just the translations but the FF screen as well.. I registered, bit the bullet, and did a C&P to the list. At worst, I decline and apologize.

Looking forward to his email and my term-c in the morning ;-)

The kit is $57.21 shipped... (at time of currency conversion) This is a slippery slope to discuss here.. Not the device it's self, but obtaining one, since it's against the rules here to discuss CoOp's or group buys conducted outside of ECF... It will be fine to post info about how the kit works and pics when they start showing up..

EDIT: Here is Todd's review of the kit again..

I paid through paypal.....but havent received a shipping notice yet. Vochu speks english, so once you get on communication isnt so bad. He said he has tracking numbers for up to 120, and the rest of the second list should be coming by the upcoming week. Third list will probably be a little bit...

GG to Kayfun Conversion Kit - YouTube

Technically Techno, we are safe discussing it here because it isnt a coop. It is a modders list for purchase of a product that you pay for when it is ready. Should be within the lines on this one, unlike my last slipup of the new ithaka clone....

Oh, that's why the post was deleted.. I thought it was for discussing the kit... Thanks for clearing that up. :) I managed to get one rule infraction a long time ago for a slip in a classies listing.. :?:

I think the kit is going to be fantastic, and hope it lives up to my expectations. Basically a full Kayfun 3.1 ES without the issue-prone filling valve.. ;)
