There's also a tiny little screw at the bottom of the post that can be adjusted with a jewellers screw driver to fine tune the adjustment....

its not a screw in the video...the whole post is threaded....but then again I dont have mine yet to confirm, so more or less guessing.

He backed the nut off on the positive post, then screwed the post in, then tightened the nut back up.

There's another video out there showing the air-control adjustment.. I'll come back and edit if I find it...

The set screw in the side acts like a carb-adjustment ;-)

The actual kayfun has that feature, not the conversion kit. That would be the air control ring on the mkb that would do that. the adjustable post is just for getting the length of the center pin right for the mod you are using.

IIRC, the polish photos show the pos-pin had a small setscrew for adjusting airflow UP the pospin.. Yes, I know the 3.1 has an adjustment in the side of the base: as said, it's more convenient. Same idea either way, (unless the pic I saw related to something else).

thanks Tech.....must have missed that video somewhere....but still dont see how it can adjust the air since it is being drawn in through the center post. Maybe just screwing it down tighter on the mod restricts the airflow.....

It's a set-screw in the side of the post... It can only be adjusted before putting it back together.

Oddyfun is in hand. The packaging barely held up for the trip. There was a courtesy sticker over a giant rip in the paper. Fortunately Vochu packed it very neatly on the inside with zip locks, else some parts could have bounced.

First impression is the workmanship is nice. Both my kits have all the parts and appear to be mating quite well. But, I don't have a suitable silicon to wedge between the drip tip adapter and the mouthpiece.

When I first signed the list, I was thinking I had the right stuff but I've never been much of a carto person, so hopefully someone can offer a little guidance on what carto's to get that would have right silicon.

errr, actually did I just hear ver de kamfen unt Vivi Nova?

Finally came in!!!! :) was just wondering how far most of you are opening up the mouthpiece, mine seemed to flood a little before even getting to a half of turn, working good right now without flooding on just a quarter turn with a 1.7ohm coil at 9 watts. Guess it could vary...

there is a tiny holy in the center of the centerpin that's threaded and it's an air flow adjustment

6 days and no movement since "processed through sort facitlity-ISC New York".....guess customs is going to take their sweet time with it as usual. I would understand holding stuff in customs if there was a reason....but this is just small metal parts.....lazy .......s. :/

I know what you mean... I'm getting ........ Mine departed the USPS Sort Facility in Flushing, NY on the 13th, with no further updates as of today. International packages may slip by my main hub un-scanned, but the small town I live in always scans before delivery. It's pretty bad when one gets to Cali a couple days before my state, only 6 hours away..

Have you guys seen the one VJ is pimping? Looks to be a Tobeco one yes? Anything particularly strange judging from the disassembled pictures?

If it is indeed a Tobeco like the one US vendors carry im gonna snag one just to play with, $17 isnt too much.
How about giving us a link?
