Arrived home today (been away for the holidays) and the terminator was waiting in my mailbox . Delivery time was about 9 days from the states. Given it was Christmas and a few bank holidays thrown in that's damn good ... cheers Stormy mate ;)

People were saying that the quality was good but I always take this with a pinch of salt till I see it myself .... and they weren't wrong. I was genuinely surprised how well made this is. The construction is excellent and the threading exceptional.

I took everyone's advice and gave it a wash-out to remove any machine residue. Never have used non res wire before so reviewed Scott vids on the ody (again and again and again :D)

2 fails but 3rd time lucky.

Used .22 kanthal and 2mm silca one long and one short. 5 wraps and it came out at 1.8ohms, just above what I wanted (aiming for 1.5ohm). I've put my current favorited juice in ... El Toro Virginia Prime and running it on my Gus-22.

It pretty good and as I get better the term will get better :D

So far my Term has been working great. My only real complaint is not being able to see my fluid levels... I cured that by ordering a Terminator-C :). I have noticed that the Term will occasionally leak at the bottom o-ring. This doesn't happen until the 3-4 day of use. I suspect this is due opening and closing the mouthpiece too tightly; causing the rest underneath to twist loose. It vapes so magnificently, that I've only opened it a few times :) Usually by now I'd have torn it down 20 times to improve/inspect etc. With the proper care I can see the Terminator lasting many years.

Just got mine today and it's great, but it always seems to be empty. Will longer mouth pieces be for sale so I can turn it into a TermC? I don't think it holds 3ml of liquid, a genesis with 2.5ml lasts me all day, but I've killed this tank in about 6 hours.

Fill it, put on the Top Cap, fill it up a little again, put on the o-ring and the Top Nut. This should give you 3ml (I think ;) mines still on the way) Just like here A PBusardo Review - The GG Odysseus Review - Part 3 - YouTube

I received mine Monday and I am loving this thing. My only I complaint so far is not being able to see if I have it filled up all the way, but my kir fanis clear tank is on its way. is it just me or is bobas bounty too thick for it? Or is there a trick for thicker juices?

Boba's is working fine in mine. I'm using cotton wick tho, but I can't seem to get it to stop gurgling. I'm waiting on silica to come in so I'll play around with it then and let you know what I come up with.

I'm using 2mm silica. One long piece plus one little piece. First coil was perfect and came to 2 ohms. I have the mouth piece open all the way. It vapes great no gurgling but I just thought that the mp shouldn't be open up all the way. But it's working well so I guess it's Okay. Lol. Some killer throat hit. Kinda lost my voice today. Could be due to me bing sick as well though. Haha

All my fluids are VG with a small amount of PG from the flavors I use. I'm vaping on 2mm cotton candle wick with a short piece "stacked" on top. (See my previous pics in this thread). Wicking so well, that I can only open up the mouthpiece 1/2 to 3/4 of a turn.

Fresh cotton wicks will be *very* thirsty. First thing I do after installing a fresh wick is give it a few hours to soak. I top it off the next morning to insure a full tank. Just sayin' :)

If you're experiencing gurgling (and it's not from the mouthpiece being open too much), then most likely the o-ring at the bottom of the tank is not tight enough. This seems to work loose. It's a bit tricky getting the right tension on that o-ring and not extending the positive lead too far beyond the 510 connector.

ALSO: After you've built and filled your Terminator, and you notice that the mouthpiece is not centered, DO NOT try to straighten it out. Doing this will almost insure that you get leaking/gurgling. I believe this happens due to the tension on the nut where the ground wire is sandwiched on one side against the base. This shifts everything. If you force the mouthpiece back to center, it shifts the o-ring on the bottom off-center. Hope that's understandable. :)

I'm learning about the Terminator like everyone else so I could be wrong with my ideas. This is what I've realized so far, and I welcome critique/opinions/ideas as well! :)

Not sure about viscosity but the following base mix works well for me:
VG base mix:
VG and Nicotine(in VG) totalling 50ml
8ml water (distilled/de-ionized)

Alright guys...so I had the first Terminator and had no problems with it leaking. It actually had to be opened up a good deal to get it to wick right...BUT I just got the Terminator-C...and the thing won't stop leaking. I've tried nemerus combinations of seating the center firing pin loose, tight, and everything in between. I literally spent four and a half hours on this tonight and lost 15ml of eliquid.

So...if anyone has any ideas...any help would be appreciated.
Leaking has been from massive to just dripping and everywhere in between.
Here are some pics:

@Sense Field, on your last photo titled "side view" you have the mouth piece, locking ring and the rebuild-able part assembled, I'm hoping that you aren't assembling that to the base already put together that way. Just in case the rebuild-able part with the locking ring on it (but up towards the coil end) is screwed into the base until you can feel the resistance of the o-ring being squished, this is about when the positive post starts to come outside of the 510 connection, bring it out about 1 mm and then tighten down the locking ring with the negative wire under it.
If this is the way that you have been doing it then carefully examine the center of the base where the o-ring makes contact to make sure it's uniform(flat). Also make sure that the o-ring is not split.

That was a photo taken spring disassemble...so that is why the mout piece is on it.

I think you've hit something here though...what I've noticed is that the firing post does not come out of the bottom centered...it's far over to one side.

I looked at the o-ring already... everything is fine with that...BUT...I image that there might be an issue with the center of the base. I will have to look at that.

What I can say is that my Terminator-C is not properly finished...two parts seem to have a texture as if they weren't finished after milling...groves running horizontal on the parts...so given that...it might be probable that this particular Terminator didn't get fully inspected/finished.
