I've been reading & researching, but haven't posted in a few days.

On day 10 with 0 stinkies!!! Hubby is still having 3-5 a day, though. (But compared to 2 packs, we'll call it a win!)

I finally bit the bullet and purchased an order of sample juices online (from Strix Elixirs) as our semi-local B&M's prices are a little high IMO ($8/10mL, or 3 for $20).

Anywhooooo....I, of course, have a question or two.

I saw a thread with an embedded video regarding testing juice. I have a Kanger Evod kit that has a 650 mAh EGo battery (no twist).

Can I purchase and use on that battery one of those 510 bridgeless atomizers and a drip tip for testing juice? Is it really that simple as screwing the atomizer onto the battery, plunking on a drip tip, and dripping 3-4 drops of juice into the top?

Or, am I misinformed and missing something?

Thanks! You guys are awesome!:D

I, of course, assumed I had to be missing some key (complicated) piece of the dripping puzzle.

Now I've got to order some of those atomizer-thingies (ha ha ha) and drip tips.

How long do the atomizers last, btw? And do you just toss 'em when they are done?

And can I just blow through them into a paper towel to "clean out" flavor - rinsing isn't all that necessary.

Nahhh...see, all the new info is coming together...

I've seen good atomizers last at least a month or more and yes, they are disposable....until you get into the rebuildable kind ;)

You can give a quick rinse with water and dry or just add you new juice drops in...up to you...

I have two that have been going for months. I don't rinse--I just drip a few drops of unflavored (PG/VG mix) and vape that in-between flavors.

Some people use PGA (or vodka) to clean coils.

I got some nice ones from Kidney Puncher, the 510 bridgeless ones. They have a sealed base. When I clean them, I just put enough everclear in them so that it runs out the bottom and then blow it out from the bottom and let it dry. If I'm not going to use it again for awhile, I put some VG in it before storing. Be sure a run a few drops of whatever thru it the first time and don't inhale it. And one more thing. You get a lot more nic with an atomizer than you do with a tank. You can get a good nic high pretty quick with your regular nic level. I like to vape 3mg, great flavor and plenty of nic too.
