I did send out messages and did not receive a reply (obviously you didn't get them). I also gave sample packs away on reddit and some people didn't respond there, so I just assumed that people weren't logging in or didn't see them.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, I'm really sorry, but ECF's messaging system messed this whole thing up and I had to get testers out so we could get the results (I couldn't wait a week for a response) and I gave them away to others. I don't have anymore left, I used up all the flavorings to make the liquids I already gave away. I really want to be able to send out ones to all of you, but I can't.

The thing I will do, is give a free 15ml bottle to each of you of the winning flavor. I know its not the same, but at least its a consolation. I will have to order the flavorings of the winner after voting is done and that will take 2 weeks to arrive. Please message me your mailing name and address and I will get them out when the flavors arrive.

Again I feel really bad and I'm really sorry it happened. Technology sucks sometimes.

I sent out a lot of messages and received responses from some people, I wasn't keeping track of who posted in here and who responded. I sent out messages on Sunday and gave the rest away Tuesday, so yes it wasn't a week, but at least a few days. I'm sorry you're upset, its just simply out of my control.

I appreciate the effort, particularly as the contest (and the subsequent voting on the finalists) is not part of your core business--which, after all, is a business. Considering that, and the fact that you are dealing with a family tragedy, it is, I believe, a step in the right direction. It is an unfortunate occurrence, true--and one that, given more time, planning, and effort, may have been avoided--but juice operations, particularly boutique operations, are often very small, with considerable effort made by the sole proprietor(s) and sometimes things just get too difficult to manage.

As a competitor of the make-your-own-flavor contest, I, for one, would very much like to try at least one flavor that bested my recipes. Thank you for the opportunity to do so. I will send you a pm with my info. Many thanks!

Mistakes do happen, and I have not received messages that were sent before. I'm sorry some of you didn't get yours, but kudos to Bobby for offering an extra for you all. That is an honest caring vendor if ever I saw one.
