Hoog, I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for the help your guys gave me today when I called in. I had, I thought, a battery problem with a device I got from another vendor (not available at MadVapes or I would have purchased it from you) and wanted to try a few different batteries to see if that solved the problem. Your staff allowed me to try many different batteries and then figured out what the issue was and resolved it. This was way above and beyond what could be expected of them and just shows again one of the reasons that I will always be a loyal customer of yours and will make sure anyone who asks hears why.

Thanks LFC, appreciate the kudos and glad we could help you out with the batt issue. Sorry you had to see the place in such disarray. We got flooded last week with the heavy rain and had our e-liquid room retiled this weekend. Hopefully next time you come by the place will be all spiffy
