Both with long chats on the phone and lots of emails when I was struggling. YOU helped me quit with your, "get some 36mg Pall Mall. If nothing else, just for when you have the urge/need for a smoke" and "vape all you want, smoke when you have to. One day you'll wake up and realize you didn't smoke the day before"

That and your awesome juice is what saved my life. You have my gratitude forever. And the rest of your crew there!!! Had some chats with them too.

I just passed 3 years smoke free on Saturday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Want to add my THANK YOU to this list I've been smoke free for more than 3 years, and I don't think
I would have quit so easily if not for your caramel premixed.
You are also the only store I've seen that will custom mix nic levels. I've slowly lowered my nicotine levels
over the last year with your custom levels. And I have always received wonderful customer service...

My only complaint/suggestion? Maybe offer some sort of rewards program for your regular customers? IE: Spend X number of $$, get 10-20% discount on next order? I understand why you had to get rid of the ECF discount, but still miss it - and always seem to miss your discount sales...

So, a GIANT Thank You to you and your staff! (Going to place another large order right now)

Big congrats to both of you. Where are you David? Do you remember being on the phone with me over 3 years ago trying to teach me how to drip on an "old style" atty? I'm sure you don't because you've helped so many. But we were on the phone for about an hour. You trying to get through to me on how to do it right and it ended with me being satisfied it would work and ordering overnight on more juice. You saved my life man. And Pam chimed in with some great advice and encouragement that helped push me and my wife through. Thank you from both of us

And I remember Pam when you lost your pup. Around the same time I lost my 21 (wow! Right?) Year old Biscuit. We were sad together.
