Hubby hasn't had a cigar in over 3 weeks thanks to the Janty stick you sent out. We jut placed an order for more stuff, he needs more cartos and some xhaler liquid, so he's looking forward to getting our order. Thanks so much for having great quality products for people. You ROCK!

Just got our package, but it seems like the post office must have opened it and resealed it. Was the package sealed up with packing tape? Or it's own little envelope with NO packing tape? Everything was in there, thank you for the extras too! Love the new drip tip and the extra carto, hubby has to try the juice though, but I'll post and let you know how happy he is with it. Thanks again Drew for the wonderful customer service! Interested in knowing if it was the post office searched through our package or if it was just sealed up with tape like someone forgot to put something in and had to reseal it there at the shop...

Awesome, thanks Drew! We were just concerned that it might have been the post office being nosy. Thanks for the extra carto and cool drip tip! He's loving the prefilled cartos right now and went, "Ah....That's the stuff..." when he took that first drag. LOL!

Yes he is defenantly one of the best in the industry. Placed my first order over a year ago and have never had a problem.
