I ordered some 801 cartos from them last Saturday. Forgot to get the adaptor for my 510 so I called and they told me to place a new order and just put order pick up and they would include it in with my cartos. My stupid ... ordered the wrong part (801 battery to 510 adaptor) and I called to change it and the guy on the line said he would make sure the correct part was shipped out. I ended up getting the part I originally ordered so I contacted them and within 20 minutes I got a replay to the email and a phone call with an appology for forgetting to put the correct one in (again my mistake to begin with) and was told they were sending out the correct part right away at their expense. Didn't even ask for the wrong part back (which I am going to send back anyway). Today I got the part (shipped Tuesday from Utah to Iowa). Got it faster than the tank I bought on Sunday coming from a lot closer. To me this is above and beyond what is expected of a company. I will use them again in the future. Thank you.
