I just want to thank Kent and everyone for helping me reach 1 year cigarette free! It started with Strawnilla. That was the one that convinced me to stop cigs. I was apprehensive about putting up my banner but I was talked into it. It helped along with encouragement from everyone on the forums that I know and my family. Hubby quite 7 weeks ago but refuses to vape. To each his own. He is still happy that I am doing so well.
