I just received my first V4L order in roughly two years. Unfortunately, I received the wrong kind of battery, but I called into Customer Service and Gabe was spectacularly helpful. V4L is sending me the correct batteries at no additional charge. This experience reminded me what I've been missing!
In addition, the 11mg Black Licorice cartos are THEE carto that will forever have me hooked. I wish I would have ordered more than just one box! Since I live just over the state line, any way I can get cheaper shipping on a supplementary order?
