While I know others have said that JV has bad CS... I beg to differ. I have called them and got great customer service. I once didn't receive a confirmation of shipment wait 2 weeks and no order... so I called or emailed (I don't remember) But they sent out another order and said not to worry if I got 2, that it was on them!
That is good service.
Now I ordered A BIG o 70ml bottle of fire-n-ice and a 30ml for my brother (as its his fav too). Today I got an email from JV gifting me with a $10 gift cert!
WOW! Is all I can say. I love them. I don't care if they are a little more on the spendy side. They have a customer for life with me.
Does that mean I will not try other vendors... no. But they are my go-to for my most beloved juice. And tonight I ordered other flavors never tried before on them. Who knows... one of those might be another huge fave for me!
