While I know others have said that JV has bad CS... I beg to differ. I have called them and got great customer service. I once didn't receive a confirmation of shipment wait 2 weeks and no order... so I called or emailed (I don't remember) But they sent out another order and said not to worry if I got 2, that it was on them! That is good service.

Now I ordered A BIG o 70ml bottle of fire-n-ice and a 30ml for my brother (as its his fav too). Today I got an email from JV gifting me with a $10 gift cert! WOW! Is all I can say. I love them. I don't care if they are a little more on the spendy side. They have a customer for life with me.

Does that mean I will not try other vendors... no. But they are my go-to for my most beloved juice. And tonight I ordered other flavors never tried before on them. Who knows... one of those might be another huge fave for me!

Its okay if it gets moved... wherever it is supposed to be is okay with me. Still Why do they not have their own room like the other juice venders do?

Not all vendors are registered suppliers on ecf. Ahlusion is a huge vendor... they have one of the biggest followings I have seen, yet they are not registered supplier on ecf either. I once saw a mod say that it is due to their business model...so maybe its the same for JV. And maybe they are just in the process and haven't been approved yet....?

Well I haven't tried all their flavors just six. It was my first ever vaping purchase. I got some hardware elsewhere and patiently waited a couple of weeks for their juice. Two were okay and I didn't like the others. Based on what I know now after five months of vaping, never again will I order from them. This is based on price, quality of the juice, wait time and reputation in the vaping community.
