A big "Thank You" to mad vapes!

I was having problems with a device I purchased from them and submitted a ticket. Their ticket system is pretty fast, and I had a response by the next morning (I submitted the ticket late that night).

They first gave me a few suggestions on what could fix the problem, but when that didn't work they immediately put reward points on my account that completely covered the cost of the device I bought, plus shipping. NO Questions Asked.

Great Customer Service from them ... as always!
