I ordered a Roughstack V2 kit (great price, btw), and the only thing that was sent of the kit was the RS: no batts or anything else included.
So, not knowing about their new ticketing system, I called and spoke to Simone.
Long story short, she sent me the rest of my kit, and a free sample of e-juice (for my "pain and suffering", as she put it. LOL!).
Thank you, Simone! I really do appreciate your time and your having soothed my "pain and suffering" (that still makes me smile!) with some awesome DeKang!
