I just want to publicly thank you for all that you did for me.

My Story

I bought a second hand saber from a friend 2 or so months ago. It stopped working for some reason.I emailed Sir Lawrence and for a very reasonable price I was able to send it in for repair.So a few days after I sent my saber in I got an email asking how I wanted the threads on the saber that he was sending me a new one . You could imagine my surprise and excitement. Well just a couple days ago I received my shiny NEW Saber Touch.

So I want to thank you for all you did Sir Lawrence. For anyone on the fence about buying one all I can say is that the Saber Touch is a awesome PV and the customer service is by far the best experience that I have ever had.

Once again Thank you for all you have done I can not be grateful enough

Wow! That really makes me feel good about the 2 shiny Saber Touches I just ordered. I was really on the fence between the Saber and the Precise, and me and my wife decided on the Saber just because of the switch. So I'm super stoked to hear about great CS!
