I have been ordering from vapor4life for a while now. Actually, I have been vaping since December 3rd of last year. Great product and amazing customer service. I recently used the 22 percent off deal and while ordering stated that I had issues with two of my manual batteries. On top of my order I received two new batteries. Thank you so much vapor4life!!! Well i thought the same about V4L but now im very diapointed in them i have bought alot of stuff off of them and i had a few items that were broke or that were wrong so i sent them back all in one package it was around $125 worth of items and i know they got them on September the 9th (confirmation receipt)and they will not send me my replacement items and they will not return my emails i have sent over 10 emails asking to please either credit my credit card or send me out replacements, and still to this date which is almost a month later nothing not an email or phone call nothing and i really dont know what to do does anyone have any advice for me on how i can get my money or products back, the sad part about it they carry my everyday juice that i use and i really dont what to do because im almost out and dont want to order from them again to show them that its ok to rip me off so im in a mess

That really sucks! They replaced my batteries and didn't ask for the old ones back. I am surprised they haven't answered your emails. Post under the V4L forum and see if Steve gets back to you. I have seen him answer and resolve problems before.
