I've ordered from you guys several times and everything is always perfect. Everything's packaged properly, my items are correct and I love that you include little extras. To me, any little extras (even if they're just pipettes, gloves, etc) make me feel more valued and special as a customer. I think more companies should do this. It's also a good marketing technique because if the customer likes the item, they will most likely purchase it in the future.
