With apologies for a totally superfluous post, but I started vaping two weeks ago and have had zero need for analogs since starting. Got two ego c upgrades and two clearomizers and this stuff is magic. Omg. These things should be in every doc's office.

Anyhow, I wouldn't have made the switch without finding out about options other than the cartridge crap sold in gas stations. This forum is a gem.

Eight years, pack/pack and a half a day, and nothing worked but these. Unbelievable. Thank you.

Do you mean you already doing 0 mg nic? Is so good! Im down to 6 mg and I think Im just addicted to the act of it. I can go hours without it with no problem and that didn't happen when I was smoking.

I took the long way. Started with the V2 cig a like and that lasted like 2 weeks! But I still kept it around for the stressful situations. Then I got me some variable voltage batteries (Vision Spinner)

Now I have a Vamo for the house and the spinners for on the go. I mainly use Evods and carto tanks now. And i find that Im lowering my nic dosage that i have been vaping less. I mainly do it at nite when Im in relaxing mode or if Im around someone who is smoking.

Well don't be in too big of a hurry to step down...a lot try to step down to quickly and fail. I started at 18 mg and didn't step down to 12 til after about 5 months. A few months after that I slowly introducing 6 mg in my rotation. So far I haven't had a problem. It does affect the throat hit but nothing I can't get used too. I don't think I will ever go to 0 mg though. I figure 6 mg is not enough to do much harm.
