for having such wonderful customer service. I just placed my first order with yall yesterday. Of course afterwards i noticed the colored o rings. I sent an email to yall and your wonderful customer service made sure that the o rings would be added to my order. This was totaly my mistake but they did a great job of taking care of it. Looks like i got a tracking number today. So here is to hoping the USPS will get them to me early next week. I am really looking forward to this new vaping experience.

CS is a tricky business, it doesnt always work out though its nice when it does. We do try awful hard though to make it good for everyone, glad to hear things worked out for you and hope you enjoy your tank.

Congrats on your IBTanked, you'll be thingy fiddling in no time! I love all of mine, they are amazing. USPS has one of them still they need to get it moving before I die of anticpation.

Good to hear Vic, As I often say we try quite hard. You know you cannot please everyone but I believe we have about as good a track record as you can have on both price and quality.
