I usually have no problem with my orders but this time I ordered a VK1004 which I love because I already have one. Well, I got a bright RED VT1003 which I don't like at all. This happened because there is no comment section on the order page anymore so I could explain exactly what I wanted. Well, I opened a ticket and Robert is sending me the right one. What great CS. I only hope the web guys will put back the comment section which will probably avoid a lot of problems for the CS people. Great job all around CS folks.

Not yet Katz, I know the "behind the scenes" guys are working on getting back as an option. For now though if you ever want to change something in an order, please PM me and I would be happy to assist
