It's 7 months since my last cig. today, and I feel great. Had my recheck yesterday, lungs all clear, and a happy MD. I turn 55 tomorrow, might make it a few more years. You all have been great support for me, so thank-you.

I've bought all the products, but never really wanted to quit. (I think I need the hand/mouth ritual, lol.) I have quit for up to 5 months in the past, but it was way more difficult. I smoked for 40 years 2-3 packs a day, but the last year I had been under a pack due to health reasons. Thanks everyone for your congrats and wishes. Now, instead of being addicted to smoking, I'm addicted to vaping. (one of those addictive personalities)
