My first order from GotVapes was on October 3. I received my order
three days later and haven't smoked since. Yes, I'd say that I owe a thank you to GotVapes also. I live in Texas and the shipping is ultra fast. I don't need another reason to make GotVapes my favorite.
I've placed 6 orders with GotVapes and have had no problems at all. I'm sure I'll eventually have a problem with an order as mistakes are bound to happen. I'm equally sure that GotVapes will appropriately address any issue as long as I don't come across as some arrogant, unreasonable, and entitled consumer. I've been in sales/customer service for 30 years. A good attitude from the consumer goes a long ways toward getting exceptional customer service from a supplier. Too bad that many consumers don't get this.
