Indeed... GV takes care of its customers if they give them a chance. I had an item left out of an order. I submitted a slip, got a reply right away, was issued a code for the next order, and it worked. Zip-zip. I was happy...they were happy...and they always include a piece of candy. What's not to like? Excellent service...excellent company!:toast:

My first order from GotVapes was on October 3. I received my order three days later and haven't smoked since. Yes, I'd say that I owe a thank you to GotVapes also. I live in Texas and the shipping is ultra fast. I don't need another reason to make GotVapes my favorite.

I've placed 6 orders with GotVapes and have had no problems at all. I'm sure I'll eventually have a problem with an order as mistakes are bound to happen. I'm equally sure that GotVapes will appropriately address any issue as long as I don't come across as some arrogant, unreasonable, and entitled consumer. I've been in sales/customer service for 30 years. A good attitude from the consumer goes a long ways toward getting exceptional customer service from a supplier. Too bad that many consumers don't get this.

well I will say this, the customers are ENTITLED, entitled to get the product they paid for, entitled to get great service and assistance and treated with respect, entitled to get issues resolved promptly and in a timely manner, its the unreasonable, arrogant, BELLIGERENT
that isnt appreciated. I am very happy to hear your experience has been great and we are honored to have your business and help you stay off cigs.

I think its rather simple, Treat people the way you want to be treated. I think we all would like that as our preference
