After lurking around here for months, I finally saved up enough to jump in head first and buy my first PV. I found Jason's site and decided to give it a go. I got everything I needed to get going and finally the package arrived (only 2 days shipping!). Lo and behold, though, the evil forces at USPS saw fit to rummage through the package and parts were missing.

Without fail, Jason answered his phone at 8 pm on a Friday night...talk about dedication...and set up a new order to replace the missing parts ASAP. He even threw in some extra goodies to say sorry for USPS. Next time I need a new PV, I know where I'm going. Thanks for the awesome support, Jason! I can't wait to start blasting my 510

I would like to give a big thumbs up to Jason as well. I orderd a 510 kit from him last Sunday night and on Wednesday afternoon I was puffing away. Haven't really stopped since.
