Hi guys,
First off, I want to say thanks. This forum has become my sanctuary. I've been vaping for about a month now. Every time I have a question, or a curiosity...I can usually find it within the forums. I just got into DIY e-juice. I made my first 5 ml bottles tonight with great success. Why? Because I found a calculator on ECF and a ton of posts on the subject. Drip tips? Cartomizers? The posts here on ECF helped me with those too. I am so thankful to have found a community where a newbie can bumble around cluelessly and find exactly what they need.
My question is for my grandmother, who is having trouble with vaping. If she vapes in the evening for any short length of time, her tongue and lips feel like they are burning. I was wondering if anyone has heard of this before. My mother and I have not experienced this. I'm going to try switching her to pure VG in case it's a PG reaction. She's using a standard eGo (with the cone on) and basic carts. I haven't inspected her equipment yet, but I'm also going to check the chamber of her cartridge. If she's getting juice in her mouth, that can be a warm sensation.
I know as we age, our skin gets thinner. So it might just be that the vapor is too hot for her. If that's the case, what's the coolest atty we can try? Can anyone think of any other reason she might be experiencing this?
Thanks,
Jen
