Wed. 2/20: I placed my first order with GotVapes. It was processed and shipped the same day.


Fri. 2/22: The package had made its way from Sugar Land TX to Boise ID and in my hands by 10:30. Unfortunately, they were the wrong batteries so I opened a ticket. The details were worked out by 3:45 that afternoon and I mailed the batteries back.


Mon. 2/25 10:30AM: New batteries are charged and working great.


Customer service can’t get any better than that!!
