I recently had a slight issue with my Empire mod and contacted their sales department to buy a new switch assembly. Keith at Empiremods.com contacted me and offered to fix it for me. I mailed it back to him and he sent it back immediately, cleaned, fixed, and he even sent me a new battery which I hadn't tried before.

The customer service and support at Empiremods.com is top notch. I highly recommend the Empire and dripshields and I will be buying more batteries and attys from them in the future.
