Hey Forum friends,

I just wanted to write with an update before I hit my rapidly approaching limit of starting thread there. I'm two weeks in, with 10 days since my last analog, and only 3 since I started (first night after dinner, second night after dinner, and out drinking one night). I'm really happy with my progress. Ran about 4 miles two nights ago, feeling better than I have running in a long time and even got that 'runner's high' that people speak of. I'm waking up feeling better without those nasty coughing fits early in the am.

I wanted to thanks everyone, as the guidance, help, and advice found here really helped me out - this really is a special, supportive place and I'm grateful. Based on feedback here, I have been puffing my Riva 510 along with Boge and now Resurrector cartos. Was vaping all the time early on but have now settled into my 'rhythm'. Figured out that 12mg works for me times where I can casually vape, and up it to 16/18mg during some of the cravings. I've been totally happy that some of the things that I liked about smoking (social aspects, taking a break and relaxing, dog walks, etc) are even better while vaping. Suggestions from here helped me with all of these things.

I've spent a pretty penny on supplies and juices, but it is money well spent and I think I will probably settle down for a bit with the spending. I say that now, but I'm sure before long I will be back on here asking about mods, as I can see why people move into that direction.

I've already had a smoking friend try some of my stuff, and on his request I picked up some supplies for him and hope to teach him/get him more into it this weekend.

Anyways, thanks for the help and happy vaping!
