I briefly just briefly browsed through the threads here, to see if there was any thanks to the founders and moderators of this forum.

So I thought I would just like to thank you guys for this forum, and the valuable contribution that it made towards my stop smoking. My first PV would not have gotten me off tobacco for good, but the information and shopping hints that I got of this forum was the most valuable information that one could wish for. :D

So, if it was said, and I missed it; I apologise. But thanks for this forum and its organisers. You guys are definitely helping a lot of people living a more healthy life.:D

Thanks from all the crew here Bart, it's good to know the work is appreciated.

And thanks also for that SA vid of the Cape Town area on your YT channel, it was a pleasant surprise to see Gordon's Bay on there, brought back some good memories. I stayed there for a month or so at the sailing club then Berties' Moorings, while out & about sailing in 2000. Good people there. Had a ball in SA, fabulous place, sailed from Durban down to Cape Town, stayed there 8 months in all before it was time to move on.

I second BartS' sentiment and identify completely!

Now over 8 months w/o a cigarette and never looked back thanks to this website, moderators and fans. So enjoy ALL the subforums and choices for information, I have logged many, many hours of perusing time, raced me through the "learning curve"!

Thanks to all of you for supporting me in changing my life...
And thanks for bringing it up BartS, gave me an opportunity to speak my gratitude as well! ;)
