OK, I'm odd. I kept an Excel spreadsheet.

I quit on September 6th, vaping since then (with cheats, accounted for in the spreadsheet). I've spent $1,162 on supplies, whereas I would have spent $3,052 on cigarettes. I broke even on October 26th, and I've saved around $1,900.

That break-even date keeps moving outward every time I buy something new, but I'd have to buy a whole heck of a lot to put myself back in the red again!

I'm weird too, then. I keep a spreadsheet. I'm about $840 in the black after 11 months, but it took me about 8 months to break even.

Congrats on the 11 days !! wait till you get to 2 months and your sense of smell pretty much comes back it is cool !! I think I have not hit the $200 mark on my stuff but I might be incorrect. What all di you buy that got you that high ? Maybe a pro vari ?

NoMoreMarbs,
I got totally screwed on a knock-off EGO with usb charger for $60. Then I started buying juice at the local shop for $5/5ml. Then I hit the internets for 5 clearo's, then a 1100ma vv battery, then about $100 in juices and nicotine to mix with, etc, etc.

Three weeks in and haven't bought any new toys, yet, hubby and I scored the two for one deal at vapage and both got ourselves a vmod so we're already ahead of the game in what we would have spent for cigs. Even with me going a bit crazy buying sample flavors from every eliquid place I ran across! Still haven't found my go to flavor but hubby loves the fire cured virginia tobacco from My Vapor Store. I'm still trying... so far I really like Autumn Crisp from Johnson Creek and Dragon Breath from ECblends. Hating the whole steeping thing though, I want it to taste good now!!
