I did try but Malaysia, finding DIY in store is impossible, and buying DIY flavour online, well once, I bought hacks (the candy), yellow mango, coffee, and chocolate. Ended up mixing the hacks and mango and threw out (literally) the coffee and chocolate. chocolate smells like the roach stuck in the toaster and coffee, like peanut butter but expired.
Me to, but heck, it's penny's to throw out something you don't like that you made yourself. What's funny, when I was buying juice, I bought 30mls at a time. If I hated it, I still vaped it. To expensive to pour down the sink. Now I try new DIY flavors, absolutely hit and miss. But I no longer blink at tossing 30mls. And the flavors I get right, I'm over stocked on 120ml bottles!

I was talking about the flavorings I do not like. But still cheaper than a bottle of juice.

To answer your question, yes, I do DIY. I learned how right here. As I said, I've saved a fortune! I like what I read here once, if you can make Kool-Aid you can DIY. I've been able to clone (again with help from these good people) about every juice I tried and liked. Except Bobas's Bounty

Before I started to diy I always had a bottle of plain menthol that I would mix with raunchy flavors to make em more vapeable . 9x out of 10 I always ended up with a flavor that was great at the shop but a few hours later I hated it.

Well to get this straight.... I WANTED to DIY (coz I'm still studying annd premade usually doesn't quite cut it) (oh and, quite broke too)........ Stores here don't sell DIY, and buying online, there's only so little review for most flavours (unbranded too) and it might turn out that I'll toss away 3 in four bottles.
Well always menthol will make anything fruity vapeable... hey do they sell it in crystal sticks? oh and I could spam sucralose to make cream less disgusting (when it does get nasty, not usually)
It is a hit or miss for sure. I'm a Flavor West fan but do like some Flavor Apprentice flavors. I get em from ecigsexpess.com in 10-30ml bottles and if it's a hit I get the 4ozer. I have tons of flavors that are a miss but from time to time I stumble across a recipe that looks good and has the flavors that I would not have normally used.
For example, I have aTFA strawberries and cream and rainbow drops which I thought both are pretty nasty. I saw a recipe that mix the two together with a little bit of sour and little bit of menthol it's actually quite tasty flavor. I'm glad I didn't throw them away

If it wasn't for so many diy-ers chiming in, I would've never taken the plunge and saved myself boatloads plus had better juice.

Damn a new vendor came in for the online store and they have 171 flavours, and 250ml VG is only RM6 (1.44USD since the damned scandal).... shiz it think I'm going back to DIY again, maybe toss in a hundred to get started.
Maybe add apple in butterscotch and make it apple pie? But that butterscotch, it's a hint of coffee, butter, cream, and some nutty flavour and that's probably a bad idea to mix it. It's quite a popular juice in the store I got it from but it's just too flavour drowning for me.... hey maybe I'll try diluting
PS: it also taste slighly like corn
