The accidental Stealth Bomber . . . . why is this happening?

So here's this little dripper I made out of a mini DID clone that wasn't doing it for me. I've re-coiled it twice now, and always get the same result. This thing is the perfect stealth vape because, when I exhale, I see NOTHING. (not a whisp, zero). WHY? The flavor and TH are normal (well, dang close). If I do the "let it out of your mouth before you inhale" thing, I see plenty of steam, but it absolutely disappears in my lungs. Here's some pics re: location of 2 airholes. Its @ 1.1Ω on a mech. Is this airflow? temperature? Did you ever have this happen?

BTW; what's to be expected taking a mech mod on an airplane? or trying?

Re: mods on an airplane - bag (or case) the batteries, dismount your atty, and you could, if you're really worried about it disassemble the mod. Normally, I only do the first 2. TSA has actually been cool with my PVs... so far.

p.s. I stash my PVs & asst'd gear with my laptop stuff. juice, I keep with my "personal hygiene" kit.

Not sure why you're not getting vapor. Does it produce a 'normal' amount of vapor with the cap off? I'd guess it's related to airflow, as larger airholes tend to increase vapor production, but I've never experienced 'none'.

I flew with a Provari and cartos. Took the battery out. I think I had 3 or 4 batteries and a charger, too. They asked me what it was, and the second I said "e-cigarette" they tossed it back in the bag.

Juice was in a ziplok with sanitary items.

Yeah, that's what's weird. I can do a mouth puff or a nose honk and see plenty of vapor (maybe less than my best build, but ample). The Atty heats up normal. The larger airhole, I think, hits the bottom of the coil. The smaller, straight on.
