I had a "Don" for a while. I called her Donna in it's big configuration and Baby D in it's little size. 
I loved it! I just got spoiled with variable voltage and thought I could live without it. I still miss it sometimes. I've got some pictures of my gear in my profile photo albums.

I had one but got rid of it. It had a finicky switch that I had to keep adjusting...seemed as though it didn't want to stay where I had it turned too. Nice mod but just touchy.
Congrats on getting a Don. I really like the versatility of this mod. I keep mine in 18650 mode around the house and put it in mini mode while out at a sports bar watching football, etc.

You get used to it very quickly and it becomes second nature.
I thought it was going to be a problem for me as well, but it turns out it's very easy to use.

No pics but using my Don for 9 weeks and it's a true workhorse. I'm using the SmokTech Mega 1.5 DC. My only advice would be to clean it thoroughly every 1 1/2 weeks, especially the threads because once the threads are messed up it means ordering a replacement part. On my 18650 2400 batts I'm getting about 8- 10? hrs per charge. You may want to recharge them when they're at 25% as they'll last longer. Also if you find it's not firing as well check the firing pin to see if any juice is on it.

yea i thought it might be kinda strange as well, but rite from the start it feels super natural. Just the way it fits in your hand, you dont really even have to think about pressing the button. my own personal opinion of course!

Yep I'm a spendthrift...aww heck I'm a cheapskate and I would definitely buy a VV Don but I think I'd wait for the bugs, if there were any, to be worked out.

Here is the first protype picture in this link post #45 , there currently on the second but trying to work out some kinks as mentioned in email to my from the vendor and still a few months away but my megalodon nots going anywhere and i can wait. lol
