I'm really interested in snagging one of these things. Seems like Cigtechs and the other vendors selling them are out of stock. Any idea when they will be back in stock?

Also...are these things clear anodized or just bare metal? Will there be any color choices available? Red or green would look pretty nice. I was also curious (for any BAM owners reading this) if the switch was user serviceable. It is my understanding that it's the switch from the silver bullet, which I use daily and love. I've seen pics of the switch and it's nice and simple, but on my SB I don't know how to remove it if I wanted to. Wondered if it was somehow possible on this unit. Thanks in advance!

If anyone else is interested in this thing, I did receive an email from cigtechs. It IS clear andodized, and they do plan on offering other colors, but that may be awhile. Personally, I think I like the silver it comes in now.

They also mentioned that the switch CAN be serviced. Now just gotta wait till they get it back in stock.

I feel like I'm one of the only seasoned vapers out there that prefer fixed voltage, 3.7 stuff. For me, 3.7 with a 1.7 carto or atty puts me right where I like. I hope these types of mods continue to be made for simpletons like me:)

I just want something strictly for home use, with the biggest battery available. I also like the ability to add a kick if I want because I'm sure eventually I'll want to try one, but my main device is a silver bullet, and it hasn't happened yet.

I'm the same as you Starkweather, I prefer fixed voltage vaping too. I have a couple of VV devices, but when I use them they stay at 3.7 or below. The BAM looks like a great mod, i've been looking around for some monster tube mods, there's not too many around.

I had a chance to play with the Bam at Vapebash when Ed the Green, the maker debut it. Although nobody may care I spent some time talking and sharing some cold pizza with Ed and he is a really nice guy who was very proud of his new PV. At the time he was calling it the Shockwave, but I guess the boyz at Super-T had a little issue with that...hehehe

Although big in size the Bam is lighter than one would think and of course the coolest part is playing "find the seam". If I recall our conversation at the time (4 months ago) the unit is unregulated so if you have no interest in playing above 4.1v, not into dripping and want forever battery life the Bam will fit the bill. It is big though, really really big, like..are you just happy to see me or is that a Bam in your pocket? So pocket friendly? No. More like backpack or fanny pack friendly. The finish on the proto-type was stellar....awesome machining.

The BAM will be my "at home" device. I have a precise P16 for being pocket friendly, a green Silver Bullet for my regular all around device, now I'm looking for something nice that never leaves the house. I'm also looking at the pure smoker legacy, it's also a nice unit. But, I figure if it's never leaving the house, why not get the biggest battery device I can snag? I like the fact that it has a resettable fuse (if I do decide to get a kick someday) and having the switch from the SB is obviously a huge plus. Just wish I knew when they'd be back in stock.

Could just get another Silver Bullet...man I love that thing. Hitting it now :)
