I've always been very blessed with a lean lanky build; since middle age, of course, my metabolism has slowed a LOT, but thankfully, self-moderation has never been a huge problem for me -- I've always looked at my mom as a negative example; it's far better to deal with a small problem than wait for it to become a much bigger problem. Nowadays if I can just stay trim enough to be able to put on my socks and shoes easily, I'm happy. 
But, now that the holidays are over, the diet begins very soon -- as soon as that giant bag of Hershey's Kisses my husband got from my aunt for xmas is gone. Thankfully this year the problem isn't as big, maybe 5-10 lbs, thanks I'm sure to being able to sit around and vape, instead of gorging on snacks while waiting for a commercial so I can sprint for the porch for a smoke -- and given the current frigid weather, I'm sure glad of that.

Okay I have to ask, I figured out how to make the letters Bold, but I can't get the size thing to work, how do you do that?

There' a button for "Size," right next to the button for "Font." Click on bold, then click on size and pick one. Perhaps, select "5" as your font size

It never works for me.
Select font size 5 then hit bold button and then type in between the two
