Works for me!!!

They're talking about a typical CT snowstorm on Friday night into Saturday. Forecasts range from zero to 20 inches. We usually find out the actual results the day after the storm.

I love this place.

Sorry I've been away again. I missed just coming in reading the posts. Wasn't doing as well as I thought I was doing and crashed back down. Need to take a giant leap back and start slowly all over again.

I hope you can manage, Bush, and sorry for the tribulations. Sometimes life can make us wonder...

May yours pass quickly.

I finally built a coil in my Sophia V2 that is working in one of my billet box's, I had better luck building it with a spaced coil. I had been using some of my older batteries in my BB, and I just was not getting the flavor that I was wanting. Today before I went to work, I put a newer set of batteries in and Wow! there was the flavor, it is still not as good as the billet bridge is but it is good enough to eventually stop buying those aspire heads. :)

I need to buy new batteries though.:(

Wow, this gravy/sauce debate has been quite interesting and educational! Loved the pics and the stories of y'alls families. No italian here of course, just southern, so here gravy has the following prefixes....... brown, hamburger, sawmill, cream, red eye, biscuits/grits and lol

@Debado, gravy/sauce..... being a TX gal, you should know what "Red Eye Gravy" is - I sure have been hungry for it lately. I just never seem to get in the mood to make home made biscuits to make is 'zing'. LOL.

Happy belated birthday, @Katdarling. Sorry, I missed it, But now we can celebrate all over again!

It's raining/snowing now. Hopefully, the rain will stop and turn into all snow, so we can christen the sled I bought some of the grands for Christmas. The Polaris is all tuned up, the tow rope is secure, my long johns & insulated overalls are ready to roll - I just hope the aggressive bull in the pasture doesn't want to play, too.........

yay!!! So glad you got a good build and even better with the new batts. I really gotta get me some too!

oh yes ma'am I do, had to include that in my gravy round up! Trouble is, ya can't get country ham around here. Sugar cured only that I know of. Cept a breakfast of it at cracker barrel and I'm not fond of the one we have here.
Now ya done it, want some country ham, eggs, biscuits and red eye gravy, and my grandma's fried apples!

I'm going to try and get to the grocery today for ham. Maybe during this cold spell I'll get motivated to cook with 3 of the grands here. I'm sure I can convince Samantha (13 y.o. & a great little baker - just not so good at cleaning up after herself) to make the biscuits.

Last year we made our own sled from an old piece of carpet, some rope & 2x4s. It was a rough ride, but some hilarious pics & videos! I'll take my good camera this year & try to get some good picks. It's a little tough to get a steady shot when you're being thrown from side to side and up & down, doing donuts and trying to lose the rider!! (We're not known for playing fair - but we sure do laugh a lot!!)
