The button isn't difficult but takes a bit of finesse. There are four screws that need removed and then the housing lifted until you can slide the button out. The panels are probably made by Estes, he now does most his work on the PMM group on Facebook.Yep! I got 150 coils from Discount Vapers already. I'll just stick with them for any future orders. Haha
On another note - below was an Instagram post from JMK tips, and I'm curious of two things...
One: how would one replace the button on a rev 4 (seems like just a few screws to remove - but makes me nervous...)
Two: what panels are pictured on the Billet Box below?

They are actual an imperial screw so just look for a set of them. To get to the button safely you also need to release the left hand (if you are looking into the box) battery connection and sometimes even the 510 connector. If you don't..... They are one connected unit you run the risk of damaging the solder by stretching and stressing the solder joins. Quite often this battery connection is the next size up.
Note.......one of the screws is in the centre of the chip and holds it down the box. Easy one to miss.

I don't know what the deal is with the large vs small hole coils, but is there a concensus on which ohm is best? 1.6/1.8/2.1?
I bought 1.8 because if was in the middle.... Haha - they perform fantastically, but just came help but to wonder if I'm missing anything.

) Now with the 2.1 ohm coils, at 4.25 volts and my 50/50 juice and the large holes, the BVC's leak quite a bit. I switch out the caps with the old caps and problem is solved, maybe with the lower ohm coils it is not a problem, but I don't know I have never used them.KAS

Fascinating.
Bones, I think you'd benefit from a lower resistance coil. It'll heat up and cook the juice more thoroughly, thus eliminating your leakage, and saving you the labor on switching the caps.
I can vouch for the fact that even the lower ohms in the large hole coils LEAK a lot. Technique, eliquid ratio, coils even settings all play a part and believe me when I say I tried everything to make them work with the big holes. I almost gave up on the Billet boxes because of those darn coils.
Nothing is too much trouble if it gets you the vape you want consistently. And the coil cases are easy to dismantle.

My juices run the gamut from 50/50 to 70/30 (PG/VG), and up to 30/70 (PG/VG).
I use the 1.6 ohm coils, and the dial never moves from the IV (4) spot.
I don't get any leakage, and I experience very little condensation.
I have thought about that, but it really only takes me a few min to do it now, so it is really no big deal.

Question, I sold all my additional bridges when I was short on cash and still am. Anyone that has the racing bridge have you tried to use an ssocc coil with it? I am assuming it won't work but curious as that might be a great solution for my upcoming honeymoon.

Mine leak often but it doesn't bother me. Quick cleanup and go another round. It's always contained in the tank area, so I barely blink at it.
The BB is worth it.

Kas, the caps? What caps?
I'm glad YOU asked, because I wondered about that too.
I was talking about the part of the BVC that has the holes in it, I pry them off and put the old style ones on instead, it is fairly easy to do. I screw them on a old protank base, and put a piece of rubber around it and pry them off, and switch them. I call them a cap, for lack of a better word.
