The blem Rat Black landed in my mailbox today, so I couldn't wait to get home from work to build the Odis Flow and give it a test drive. First and foremost, I have no idea why this unit was sold as a blem - it's in perfect, unblemished condition. I guess it goes to show you how strict BBV's quality control is.
The Odis Flow is, simply put, excellent. I've been vaping on it for the past 30 minutes and have yet to experience any of the issues previously discussed in the thread. The flavor is noticeably better than what I got from the Insider and it appears to be a lot more forgiving with the wicking. I built a 3 mm coil and wicked it with a generous amount of cotton - it hits like a champ and has no leaking whatsoever. I'll test it out for a few more days before making my final decision, but it appears that the Insider will be heading off to the classies.

Glad to hear the Odis Flow is working so well. How tight can you get the airflow? Also, from where did you order?

I'm using the narrow chimney and the airflow is very similar to the draw that I get from the narrow chimney of the Insider, comparable to Kayfun 5 without the airflow reducer. I ordered the Odis from Wicks & Wires; unfortunately, they are currently sold out.
