I did see the billet bridge sport, but I'm not sure if the occ coils are good for a mouth to lung type of vape. I know the kangaroo comes with an o ring to tighten up the draw. I guess I'll order it and try slipping one over the bottom.

I still find the kangaroo airy so I am waiting for the comfort to see how that goes. I still cannot go past the regular bridge and the BVC coils. Such a beautiful vape and flavour..... Perfect for my 2 sec fairy vapes

After doing some reading before the purchase, I was actually expecting an easier experience dealing with the tank/bridge (using the classic with bvc coils). I found a video explaining the bridge, so that took care of that confusion. I was kind of expecting the floating ball for filling. The thin sheet of sliding glass just seems like a break ready to happen. The first time I filled, I hadn't pushed the glass all the way up (afraid of breaking it) and got a bit of leakage. Kind of hard to tell if the glass sheet is snug at the top.

I guess I had my expectations for an easy experience just a bit too high after reading all of the praise, not to mention it going out of stock instantly. Charging an 18650 for it now, hopefully I did everything right

The rev 4 did away with the delrin tank and the fill ball. I hope DD makes them come back in v4 version.. I'm not a fan of the Boro to be honest but I am adapting to it..

rev 3 delrin tank:

BilletBox_Tank.jpg

I want that but for the rev 4! The fill ball was genius and I didn't have to worry about the glass..

Yeah, that's the kind of tank I was expecting. If they don't come out with those tanks, they better start selling replacement glass sheets, I just have a bad feeling I will break it trying to make sure it is pushed all the way up...

I already broke one 5 seconds after getting it.. I asked BB if they were going to sell the replacement glass on the site and was told she'd check with DD about that..

Yes, I can see many getting broken especially when people start using the Billet Racing and need to remove the glass almost all the way to get the RBA in there..

I have 6 boro tanks all in use and except for a chip in the tab of one where hubby droooed the whole thing they are safe. You don't change the coil often enough for it to be a problem.

I have a luv/hate relationship with that ball and the personal need to see my eliquid level so I was thrilled when the boro tank came out. You get used to everything and it will be the same with the Rev 4 tank. It's just new and you are rightfully cautious until it becomes second nature.

I'd still like to see a delrin rev 4 option :D

I don't think you'll break the glass by sliding it down to fill or up after filling Stealthy..

Mine broke, and where I can see it happening to others as well, is when the glass needs to be slid down pretty far to get an atty in it. Larger atty's like the Kanger RBA for the Billet Racing or the older and larger Kanger coils could pose an issue

I'll be using the classic bridge/bvc combo, at least until the nautilus coil bridge comes out and I see how those perform for the early-adopters. I'm hoping a bvc coil will last me a week, because if anyone can make changing coils on this thing an adventure, it's me! I guess I could go back to cartos...

This is how I do it and it take less than a couple of mins to load. Then fill prime and vape.

Tools etc. carto plunger, empty carto tube, carto filling tool

I use a carto plunger to remove existing bridge. Dismantle and clean

Attach SS screw to new coil, cover coil with empty carto tube and add carto filling tool (only to protect orings.
Insert into bottom of boro tank until the coil is sitting properly. Remove carto tube from the top.
Insert the top part of the bridge from top of boro tank and align with coil head. I use the plunger to position. (Not necessary) press top and bottom together and align to where you want the airflow. I turn the pin on the coil to face the side.

Fill, prime and vape

Me too! I only have one tank because I've been avoiding getting a Boro Tank. I guess I'm going to have to break down eventually and get one though. I don't wanna!

I often wondered if you could grind the tab off the bottom of the glass and then you could move it down slightly and fill without taking out. The airflow would be different but I wonder if anyone has done that yet.

Scratch that.......the door ball is in the way :(

The rev 4 boro does not need to be removed to fill.. The glass slides down while in the BB and leaves a few MM of space to fill..

I'm a fan of the delrin tanks too, but I do like the boro tanks. You just gotta lube that o-ring!

Initial thoughts of the rev.4:
I love it. Plain and simple.
A BilletBox with an 18650 and DNA40. It's quite swell. And magnets are fun. The G10 is silky smooth, the rev.4 feels nice in your hand. The anodizing seems a tad better than the rev.3, that could be the newness, though.

Wholeheartedly agree! The rev 4 might just be, scratch that, IS the best PV on the planet earth and probably on those other planets too!

Totally. And with the DNA40, it really opens up your options. I'm hoping spare tanks are available next round, it'd be nice to have a tank for low watts and another for higher...

Congrats on your first BB :p

On one of my eliquids I prefer a tighter draw so I put a slender piece of cello tape on the inside and covered up one of the holes. Actually it's easier to cover all of them and then poke holes with a needle to get it to where you want it to be.

thanks ! i actually taped all 3 holes off from the inside thinking it would cut off all airflow.. but it didn't... still getting airflow... which was strange... but hit my sweet spot haha, ill take it.

these bvc coils takin me back to the carto days LOL ! getting a decent vape though. I'm a flavor junky so I think Ill move onto the uno rebuildable pretty soon here.
build quality and customer service was insane good though. cheers billetboxers !:headbang::evil:
