Someone help me out. I'm about to throw my Billet Box out the window. Its driving me crazy.

I fill the tank, vape away. A tank lasts me a couple of days. All is fine, but by the time I get to the last 25% of the tank, it starts leaking out of the ball valve, and all at once it seams. I've tried making sure its seated. Rolling the ball to another position. Getting pretty tired of cleaning up the mess and waisting juice.

I would try the new "ball-less" tank. I can't imagine it leaking from the ball unless the ball is not seated properly. But if you are ready to toss your billet box, toss it this way!

One other thought for you to investigate. I believed mine was leaking from the ball valve too. It was one with the clear front . Anyway, one day I had a flashlight looking at it and finally saw the tiniest of cracks emanating from the top middle screw. You literally could not see it without a flashlight. It caused juice to get all over my cover and everywhere. Looks like it might have been over tightened and fractured the face plate. Switched to my delrin tanks and have had no further issues. Now, if I could buy a delrin face for that faulty tank, I would be happy.

I was quite happy with the one I was using. When it was time to change I stuck in a regular carto because I was being lazy.

Oh, and they do have them without the flanges now too, much easier!

Thanks!!! Now if I can get ahold of a billet I should be one happy mommy.

Let's see if I have this right. To get a billet box I stalk the site all day Saturday? In only checking because it is Friday. And if that is what it will take then that is what I will do. But if anyone has a target time frame that would be helpful.

I agree, a target time would be great.

I haven't tried the smoke fillerless, but I've had good luck with the Raven fillerless. It just needs to be cut down a touch.
i just had horrible luck with the raven until a few days ago... i had bought a whole bunch of them and none of um worked good, or they just pee'd like crazy... gave up on um for months and just a few days ago decided to try one again for the heck of it... WOW, this one was a winner.. dial set to 4.3 seemed to be the sweet spot, any higher and it would just drop the juice viscosity so thin it would pee... still had to take the tank out multiple times to clear the gurgle at the contact when it did leak a bit, but it sure did make some good vape...

well, there is a logical explanation for everything, umm, but i got nothing... that just don't seem to make any sense why it would happen at the 25% mark... unless your carto holes are very big and very high...but,, i know you have had your box for a while, so something changed... a tank can leak from old or damaged seals.. so the seals must have changed..did you changed the o rings (which really does need to happen periodically)? if it is indeed the ball valve it is becasue something NOT soft plastic has damaged the sealing area of the face..
