Drunk_J did NOT "fail", as I so poorly word-selected. His attempts just weren't as successful as the one I had received from J5. DJ is at the VERY TOP of my list of people I turn to for knowledge and ANYTHING related to modding. Not only do I respect the heck out of him, but I also consider him a friend.

Yes it's cotton wadding of some kind that is impregnated with a great chemical that shines metel very good. I have used it for years. Oh and I'll get your carto done tonight.
I use Mother's Billet Polish.

hey everyone been away for a bit, had a couple things to say, flitz paste is the best polish i have ever used that wasnt incredibly expensive (it is hard to find in paste form) simichrome has no equal... but if i remember right it runs about 15 dollars an ounce. ive polished everything from gun parts to a whole stainless steel dump truck bed and tried them all, i like shiny
also ill be one of the first in line for a copper BB with a dna30, liPo battery, kayfun glass tank when DD decides to bestow such a miracle on us!

when I said not that complicated I meant that anyone with a drill and a dremel and an adventurous tinkering side should be able to do it, 2423kids your tool kit prolly won't cut it
I've been looking to get my hands on a clear tank and was talking to a buddy of mine about this and turns out he has a BB that he never got to work well for him and he never uses it, it's an older one I guess, it's polished with a clear tank. I worked out a potential trade with him and just waiting for him to bring it in to work one day. he got it as a gift so not sure even if it's a clone or not, does anyone know how can I tell? I really don't want a clone but not sure how I can even tell since he didn't buy it himself
the KF mini has been working pretty good but I've noticed that in this larger tank it doesn't always feed quite as well as it did so I modded it a bit to increase juice flow and now it's working perfect consistently. I just recieved my billet bridge and a bunch of bvc coils but now have no way to even try them, I would need a stock tank to try them, not so sure I should bother but I am curious if there much better than the diver was. they look like they would be pretty tedious to rebuild but maybe there not so bad as-is? I feel like I should at least try them to compare to the kf mini at least, maybe if I get that BB from my friend I'll try them in that tank before I mod the clear tank to the kf mini
