Good question, as i just changed it to PETG from polycarbonate... for the better chemical resistance... i don't vape any tank cracking juice myself but i did get a bottle of the most potent cinnamon juice on planet earth and let it sit for a week in the polycarbonate tank... it didn't crack but it did hurt its feelings in that it kinda made the plastic blurry... Sooooo now its PETG, that is also FDA approved, and has a better chemical resistance, still, the acid in some of the fruit flavors is potent stuff so i can not vouch for every juice out there. I also got some clear PVC in the mail that I have been wanting to play with for face material too, ahhh,, i have way to many things i want to do... thanks for asking that though,

Great, thanks for the response. Obviously you probably cannot tell us when these will be available for those that could not preorder yet, but you have a customer in me when they are ready. Cant wait personally.

Wow! Its awesome seeing how everything is made individually. Lots of time is invested into this and it shows.

Is it possible that you may offer these as unfinished kits? This would become a DIY person's dream!
that's a really cool idea,,,, i like that, understanding how it works and is put together is a great advantage in modifying how it works... as i designed it, i really kept modding in mind... i want to see people making there own circuits for it and thier own tanks / adaptors if they have the tools... I support modifying it 100% and will do my best to help out.... a kit is a great idea, would be a bit down the road but thanks for planting that seed!!!

I know that this has probably been asked before, but are you planning on making this variable wattage also? Just curious. These things look amazing well built. The Nivel chips are now available here in the US, so that's why I was asking.
I'v had a few people ask if a DNA would fit, i just got a PM with the DNAs dimensions and that's a no go... it just to big.. That Nivel MIGHT fit, i can't seem to find any concrete dimensions for it anywhere, from the reference shots next to a US quarter, it looks close... i'll see about getting my hands on one...

I hope the Nivel chip fits based on the dimensions Moofaso posted. I just like vw, and slowly switching all my devices over, and this would be one device I would definitely want.

Either way, wouldn't you get the same output? VW is great for unregulated mods, like the Bombshell Stinger w/a Kick, or a bolt w/a Kick, but if it's a vv box and it goes up to 5 or 5 1/2 volts, you should get plenty of vapor and throat hit with those options. Why fix it if it ain't broken? I have a ProVari and with a standard res carto at the proper setting, I am good to go. I love my kicked pv's, but only because the kick gives me more then the 3.7 "meh" output.

Thanks Moo,
well that must have been a big quarter in the picture i was looking at. 19mm x 31mm , not a snowballs chance. an't happening, not without making the BB quite a bit bigger... and if i ever get to making any body size changes it will be smaller, not bigger. I watched the video of that board in action, cool stuff for sure.. It is definitely something to think about for the future,,, but these boards are still a little too big. The DNA12 (older one) looks like it has the best potential for integration into the BB from what i can see, and that would be cool as it interfaces with a pot, so the dial inside the BB could still be implemented (perhaps).... But of course i have to add, i am quite happy with my circuit, it's simple... i like simple, simple is reliable, simple can be fixed, and simple is easy to modify, that's worth a lot.

I agree DD....simplicity has many advantages, especially when it comes to circuitry. If you have a vv mod that works, and works well....I wouldn't go changing it. I doubt it will be a deal breaker for the majority.

I bought two kicks for my tube mods to make them VW with the thinking that it wouldn't matter what coil my RBAs had....it would make them perform better. Truth is, it didn't....not totally anyway. VW circuitry has to be able to analyze and respond to the resistance to adjust how much power it will feed out....that's pretty complicated if you ask me.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. All I care is that it's variable. As long as I can get where I'm going, I couldn't care less whether it's via the high road or the low road.

The point of this journey is that I arrive.

Also, with a good vv mod and the right res. carto, you just don't need anything else.

K guys, i put in a good day today to get some time back, all good stuff, feeling good, had the shop all to myself, played david bowie ungodly loud... I'm all ready for a great week to come!! We talked a bit about the face of the tanks a few pages back and I just want to bring up that I am doing a test today with the new tank face and some strawberry banana juice that is rumored to crack polycarbonate tube tanks in less than a min.(on a side note i think the juice is disgusting) So far (3 hours) so good, the PETG looks completely unphased by the juice..will report if things change. Thanks again everybody for all the support, I needed it, you gave it!

this is major DD to ground control, i'm stepping though the doooooooor.... (it's been on repeat for the past hour or so..)
